There fairly standard one was “Benjamin Murphy,” which is understandable, but incorrect. “Murf” was a common, but charming mis-spelling. The title mystifying one, though, was “Ben Carsdale.”
I should be left that exam in Ben Carsdale to mark. Good grief.
